Regarding your experience…

To ensure your time of self care is at the most high level, please read the studio policies and procedures outlined below. By reserving a guest experience, you are acknowledging that you understand and will adhere to the following.

Studio Policies

*An $75.00 non- refundable premium fee is required for new guests when reserving an experience. You will be prompted to pay your premium fee during your reservation process. The remainder of the treatment cost will be paid after your experience is completed. Please see the payment section below for more information.

Please note:

* The time of self care is honored and considered for each guest, therefore arriving 15 minutes beyond your reservation start time you will result in your resrvation being reschedule and may result in the forefeit of your $75 premium fee. If you are running late, please be sure to contact our concierge as soon as possible.

* Please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled reservations and full payment is still required.

* Any no-call, no-show will be charged the full experience cost. 

* No-call, no-show will result in loss of future guest experiences.

* Up to two reschedules are allowed after paying your premium fee.

* Premium fees must be used within two months of rescheduling



Cancellations

Should the need arise that you must cancel or reschedule your guest experience, a 48-hour advance notice is required. If notice is not made within 48 hours, your premium fee will be forfeited. If you are a returning guest, your card on file will be charged $75. If cancellation must be done outside of the 48 hour period, please notify the concierge as soon as possible. Valid reasons to miss a reservation are at the discretion of the treatment provider.

Guests with no show appointments and/or two consecutive cancelled and/or rescheduled reservations without valid cause will be banned from rebooking and charged the full price of the experience reserved. Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule reservations will be charged the full value of the service(s) reserved.

Payments

All payments must be rendered via Credit Card as we observe a cashless checkout to ensure an unrushed guest experience. An active Credit Card is required on file and is securely protected. All guests will be emailed a Credit Card Authorization form for completion prior to their reservation. Please ensure that the email used when reserving is correct. Failure to complete the Credit Card Authorization form before your 2nd reservation could result in your reservation being cancelled.

Health Practices

If you have an open rash or legion on the body, you will be referred to see your doctor and your reservation will be rescheduled for a later date.

If you are sick or recently recovered from being sick, please let your facialist know prior to arriving. This includes common cold, flu, fever, shingles, chicken pox and viral infections. To protect the well being of yourself and the studio, please do not arrive to your reservation with an active illness.

Studio Etiquette

  • In order to honor the sacred privacy of our guests, please remain in your car when you arrive. We request that you notify the studio of your arrival via text and you will be prompted with further guidance.

  • No extra guests are allowed as this is your time for personal self care.

  • Please note that time of relaxation and refreshments have been allotted in your experience.

  • We also request no outside food or beverages to maintain a sanitary space for each guest. No pets, except for registered service animals, are permitted in the studio. 

  • If possible, please arrive to your reservation free of makeup.

  • Be sure to use your spa voice.

  • Please be careful when in the studio to not damage any items, others or yourself.

  • Be sure to shower before your reservation if you will be coming right after the gym.

Our Sanitation Practices

  • All guests receive fresh, clean glassware, linen sheets and towels.

  • All laundry is cleaned with bleach and hot water temperature including a hot-sanitize drying. No two guests will share linens, even if related.

  • All implements and tools are sanitized with an EPA-registered disinfectant.

  • Only nitrile gloves are used when touching clients and during cleaning.
